Cancellation Policy
At our Brisbane acupuncture clinic we value your time, and hope that you hold the same value for others too. We hold a strict cancellation policy to ensure that times are readily available to clients who need these appointments. Late cancellations take away the opportunity for those who need the appointment to book in.

Please ensure any cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. Cancelling with less than 24 hrs notice, will result in a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
​
Not arriving for your appointment will result in a cancellation fee for the FULL amount of your treatment.
​
Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment the treatment time we have reserved for you will be reduced and the full treatment amount will still apply. Your practitioner has the right to determine whether it is safe and feasible (as part of their duty of care) to continue the session or cancel the appointment if there is a late arrival, with full payment still required.
